As a multi-disciplinary designer, I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences that connect people to products through design. With over 25 years of professional experience in various design fields, including illustration/fine art, branding/logotype design, structural/packaging design, interaction/user experience design, and end-to-end product design, I have developed a diverse skill set that allows me to approach projects from multiple angles.

Product Design at Google Nest. Responsible for visual design systems across all surfaces. This includes 2 apps - Google Home and legacy Nest app and hardware with displays (such as the Nest thermostats and our smart displays).

November 2014 – July 2017

Head of Visual Design and Project Lead (Senior Staff) for ID8 Innovation Lab at Samsung, responsible for design, use case and best user experience for our reference products. Products include, OTTO - a home companion robot, Night Hawk - a smart home security system and other IoT products.

Principal Designer at frog, where I led design and conceptualized diverse programs from building an engaging website for ITO EN’s Teas’ Tea product to global brand strategy and packaging for Microsoft Office.
